If you’re an avid reader of ours, you’re probably thinking we’ve been a little quiet on the blog front. Annie Scott has replaced Trines and is doing a wonderful job at balancing her ProAgtive, yoga and wedding celebrant commitments.
Our facilitators have been busy assisting families from Townsville to Ballarat and everywhere in between! We currently have clients involved in the production of all different agricultural commodities, including large scale commercial cattle enterprises, egg production, cane growing and mulching, fine wool production and general mixed farming. Being knowledgeable about the production of so many commodities means our facilitators are constantly researching in order to keep up to date. Our research also assists us in having an excellent knowledge base for what is realistic within each business, and what strategies could assist in growing, or sustaining each business.
We recently caught up in Tamworth for our twice-yearly whole team professional development days. We had the chance to educate each other, learn from each other and have fun together. We have grown to a team of seven facilitators and two administrative assistants, all hailing from different backgrounds, sharing a love of agriculture and a passion for Australian ownership of agricultural land.
Listen out for Isobel on 2WEB as she gives a run down on what succession planning is, to ProAgtive. Also keep your eyes peeled for our new website, which will be live in the coming weeks. Many thanks to OGA Creative for their guidance through the development of our new site.
