Steven Mirtschin has extensive business and professional experience.  Steven & his business partners have bought, sold and built multiple businesses, and currently employs 150 people across 3 states.   Steven built on his experience as a Small Business Banker for a major Bank, and began his own business in 2009.   Steven now operates businesses for himself & on behalf of his family as a result of a family succession plan. 

Steven’s business group turnover has increased 20 times, over the past 11 years, and has formulated long term strategic and business partnerships.   Steven has a passion to see people succeed in business, and enjoys assisting family businesses navigate the succession of operations and management of a family business.     Steven now lives near Canberra with his wife Joanne and their two children.
